Hey ! You forgot to mention how much fun Katie had xmas eve & even Colette (gamma) got to join in the fun, santa, presents, was busy time for Katie that night & we enjoyed seeing her gigle, chat etc…always good to have young children around at xmas, they can be so much fun

Nice update Thanks, always good to read about you all (even if we did see you xmas eve…didn’t really get time to just chat)
Sounds like a good plan, I do quiet new years eve’s often, if no company I actually zzzzzzzz thru the event LOL
Take care in this ice we now have, the snow is still here, cold outside but it is winter so to be expected.

enjoyed reading the update on the kids/parents too amazing how quickly they grow. sounds like a nice christmas…quiet and chill is a great way to enjoy while the kids play, play, play. we will also be having a quiet new years eve at home. hugs,

the choices we make ultimately dictate the amount of time we will spend with our loved ones. it’s not easy for our families to do without having us and our children around, especially during the holidays. we moved away from our family and money was tight for a long time so that meant not being together as one big family as often as we’d like. some years we did make it back home to see family. some years family was able to come see us in california. but whether together or not physically, we were always in each others hearts <3 <3 <3

because I like to focus on the positive (lol) we were able to begin our own little families traditions for holidays. and sometimes it is nice just having a quiet celebration at home.

some years it will be $$$ that stands in the way, other years it may be impossible to get time off work. then the kids grow older and they get jobs…sigh….

enjoy whatever you do with whoever you do it with….and know that we love you all very much. we are thankful for the times we spend together and happy for you to be starting your own family traditions.

Honey did you read the forcast today! we are supposed to be getting 90 MPH winds! i hope you are ready lol… and its supposed to be windy starting tonight. i talked to a state patrol that comes in the branch and i saked why dont we have a snow plow! he said we sold them all to the state cause we needed the money but we have 1 plow for the entire town. but no one wnats to do it. what a crap city we live in. that cant even afford a snow plow how lame is that. all the state routs are nice but not the city roads. i miss tahoe i wnat to go back! they know how to do the roads and they will sand them as well. man hands are the best, i think you can tell a lot by a persons hands. thanks for all the hard work. and freezeing your buns off to let our family have nice things.

snow can be both beautiful and troublesome. keep safe, go slow if you have too.

if you are feeling old can you imagine how the rest of us feel?? LOL
but I know what you mean. one day you wake up and you are the one with a spouse and two kids…omg

our weather forecast calls for more snow sunday & still cold for few days, at this rate it will be a white xmas
They don’t clear residential streets in vancouver either, we don’t usually get much snow for long so…. my back lane is snow on ice & front street too in parts, I have already swept this dry snow off the steps so if it gets wetter won’t be as much to take off later, one neighbour came by & laughed at me, out in robe etc…doing steps day all good if you can make one person laugh I guess.
Bry 20, time does gallop eh? It is one thing to keep manly hands, but bad cracking could let infections start so consider some moisturizing, before bed, let it work while u sleep

yes,lots of snow at the cabin, will stay til tomorrow, give time for roads to be cleared…I do not have snow tires
was wondering how you made out on your route Bet it did look pretty, big flakes coming down but brrrrr,the wind is bitterly cold.
